Harly grew up in Ruteng, Flores until he moved to Jakarta to begin his collegiate career. Harly graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya in 2022, majoring in Constitutional Law. During his bachelor studies, Harly joined an organization that actively voices various forms of Human Rights violations.

Harly joined NHP in 2023 and now focuses on participating in handling various legal cases which encompass the fields of criminal law, private law, constitutional law, land/agrarian, and litigation.

Prior to joining NHP, he worked in another prominent law firm assigned to handle criminal law, especially in Special Criminal Law.
